3. Photos and Image Data
Our app processes photos to provide virtual try-on services. Here's how we handle your photos:
- Processing: Photos you upload — which may include your face, body, and physical appearance — are sent to a third-party AI service (see Section 5) to generate virtual try-on results.
- Storage: Generated images are stored locally on your device in your library. Avatars you save are stored locally on your device.
- No Permanent Cloud Storage: We do not permanently store your original photos or generated images on our servers after processing is complete.
- AI Training: Your photos are not used to train AI models.
4. Face Data
Our virtual try-on feature processes photos that may contain face data (facial imagery, facial features, and body imagery). Here is how we handle face data:
- Collection: When you use the virtual try-on feature, photos you provide — which may include your face — are sent to our third-party AI service for processing. The app does not perform facial recognition or create facial geometry maps. Photos are processed as standard image data.
- Use: Face data contained in your photos is used solely to generate virtual try-on results showing you wearing different outfits. It is not used for authentication, identification, advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
- Storage: Your original photos and any face data they contain are stored locally on your device. Photos uploaded for AI processing are temporarily stored on the AI provider's servers only during the processing period and are deleted upon completion.
- Sharing: Face data is shared only with our AI processing provider (see Section 5 below) for the sole purpose of generating virtual try-on results.
- Retention: We do not retain face data on our servers. Photos uploaded for processing are deleted from the AI provider's servers after processing is complete. Locally stored photos (avatars, generated images) remain on your device until you delete them.
- Training: Your face data and photos are not used to train AI models.
5. Third-Party AI Service
Our app uses a third-party AI image generation service to power the virtual try-on feature. Before using this feature for the first time, the app will ask for your explicit consent.

Kie AI processes images temporarily for the purpose of generating results. According to their privacy policy, they do not sell personal data to third parties. Images are deleted from their servers after processing is complete.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where NexusAI Services LLC is located.
Consent
The app obtains your explicit consent before sending any data to this third-party service. You can decline, though this will prevent you from using the virtual try-on feature.

- Process in-app purchases and manage your credits

- Analytics Providers: Anonymised usage data and device identifiers may be shared with AppsFlyer for analytics and attribution purposes.
- Payment Processing: In-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not directly access your payment details.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Photos submitted for processing are deleted from our servers after the virtual try-on is complete
